25 Week Baby Update & House Improvements

Sure baby updates and house improvement postings don't really go together, but ah heck why not post it all in the same blog.

We went in for our 24 week update and everything is totally normal. The heart rate is at 151 and based on that the doctor again is guessing it is a girl. Our doctor has chose to leave it as a surprise as well, so only the ultrasound tech knows what it is and well she better not squeal. ;)
Everything is normal and I am right on schedule for everything. I go in next month for the fun glucola test where you have to drink this red punch crap and have your blood drawn. I really hope everything goes well with the test; especially with my sweet tooth.
I had a dentist appointment yesterday and this is the first time in all of my years that I have had NOTHING wrong with any of my teeth! Amazing. Baby Lo is helping with Mom's teeth? hmm. ;)
Andy and I went to Babies R Us to purchase a gift for Baby Van and we went to update our registry and had fun with the scanner. Andy tried on the baby front carrier and it fit like a glove and he looked so cute with it on. It will be so much fun to put Baby Lo in there.

We decided to do a few house improvements before Baby Lo is running about so we are replacing all the base molding in the entire house. I did not realize how expensive this could be since each piece cost like $5 and only covers like 7 feet, but so far it looks amazing. Our family friend Mark is doing all the work and has done a kick ass job. We have posted a few pics below of the work. We are so happy to have this getting done, funny how bad the house looked before with mismatched molding or no molding at all.
